What drives me
Growing up as the youngest in my family, I learned early that you get further when you understand what moves the people around you — not only what they say, but what lies behind it. That principle has stayed with me and continues to shape how I work. I want to understand what is genuinely needed rather than simply process requests. It is this understanding that allows me to take responsibility, make sound decisions and develop solutions that work for the people who have to live with them.
How I contribute to the ARGO mission
A company does not run on a good product alone. It also needs reliable structures, clear processes and people who take organisational responsibility seriously. I believe that structures and processes are not ends in themselves. Their purpose is to create the conditions in which people can do their best work.
As Head of Administration and Partner, I take responsibility for the administrative and organisational foundation of ARGO. I manage and develop our internal processes, coordinate cross-functional projects and help shape the structures the firm needs as it continues to evolve. A central part of my role is keeping interfaces clear — between colleagues, responsibilities and internal processes, as well as between our work behind the scenes and everything our clients experience. My goal is to create the clarity and reliability that support my colleagues internally and shape a professional experience for our clients.
Beyond the office
Outside of work, I am drawn to places off the beaten track; from unusual travel destinations to quiet corners of nature before the crowds arrive. I enjoy the sense of discovery and the chance to truly experience a place rather than simply pass through it.
