30 Years – Fritz Zehetner: People Instead of a Business Plan

“30 years of ARGO – and the story begins, as so often, not with a business plan, but with people. With very different people.

My personal ARGO journey began in 1993 during transactional analysis training with Dr. Werner Vogelauer. It was there that I first met the personalities who would later found ARGO.

  • Dieter – leather jacket, reserved, but on second glance a sensitive person with a fine sense for relationships.
  • Bernhard – open, caring, someone who makes you feel personally accepted from the very first moment.
  • Ron – direct, present, and quick to act. His clarity and human depth reveal themselves once you truly get to know him.
  • Barbara – with incisive questions and keen psychological insight that inspire deeper reflection.

Four personalities who could hardly be more different – and that very diversity became ARGO’s later strength.

To this day, I still feel a little like an ‘unofficial founding member’: In numerous supervision sessions and constellation workshops, the emerging ARGO was discussed – with ideas, doubts, challenges, and visions. ARGO was a vibrant learning environment. More than that: friendships were formed that endure to this day.

I began developing the SIZE PROCESS® model in 1999. When I first presented it at ARGO in 1994, the topic of personality analysis was met with healthy skepticism – and that was a good thing. This attitude continues to shape our collaboration today: through exchange, critical reflection, and valuable impulses for further development.

ARGO became our first partner – and remains our largest to this day.

What distinguishes ARGO: Continuing education is not an obligation, but a mindset.

That is professionalism in practice. For this, we continue to hold them in great respect and appreciation.

Here’s to the next 30 years.”

ARGO lives by the principle that our strength lies in our differences, guided by the aspiration: “Orchestrate Individuality.
