“So many positive memories are connected to ARGO for me – choosing just one story is actually far too difficult.

One particular highlight, however, remains crystal clear in my mind to this day: the team event at Lake Attersee in September 2016.

It was a very special time – not least because Oli Bender and Lucas Unger were there as well. The three of us had all started our journey at ARGO around the same time, and we got along incredibly well from the very beginning.

Even though we spent most of our time working independently at client sites, there was always a strong sense of unity. There was a lot of laughter, a lot of experimentation – and especially during team events, shared trainings, and office days, we had the space to support one another and give our creative sides free rein (sometimes more than planned 😅… perhaps the Kleinkoschen story will come up again here?).

Looking back, it was exactly this combination of professionalism, trust, and lightheartedness that made ARGO so special to me – and that is still tangible even after 30 years.”
