1. Impulse Day “Take the Lead#2
- You will gain a clear definition of leadership and will understand what changes as a result.
- You will be able to approach your new role with a self-confident attitude – and know how to show this confidence!
- You will know the “6-step plan” and steer the plan proactively from the start.
- You will know how to prepare for success in the organization – and how to realize it!
- You will master your 1st day in your new role through conscious preparation.
- You have one-on-one conversations with the right people at the right time.
- You will be well prepared for possible areas of conflict, if there were competitors for the position, if are younger than your employees, and whether you are an external hire or were promoted from within the team.
- You will create networks as a new leader!

2. Individual coaching:
Each participant will receive 1 hour of personal coaching for individual questions.
