Of course, after 2 days of self-management training, you will not be able to confidently take the whole world onto your shoulders. It is also true that learning to manage oneself better should not be a cover-up for intolerable working conditions. And unfortunately, it is not a quick fix either.
Self-management training is, however, a first step into a more conscious, more aware, approach to yourself and therefore a step towards the comprehensive, healthy use and application of your own competencies.
Because only when you can deal effectively with your own impulses, stress reactions and beliefs can you successfully apply the communication and leadership techniques that you have learned.
