Ron was the first of the two I got to know as a trainer in a seminar. I also got to know Barbara in Ron’s seminar – though not personally, but because Ron talked about her an incredible amount. I quickly learned that the two of them used to be married, and above all I heard the many reasons why they are not anymore. To make a long story short: they were simply not compatible. If only they had looked at their two SIZE profiles earlier, they might never have gotten married in the first place, because they kept missing each other’s “contact doors” and instead repeatedly fell through the “trapdoors,” landing rather roughly on the ground of incompatibility!

It is quite remarkable how openly Ron dissects the personality of his business partner and ex-wife – and even more remarkable is that Barbara is well aware of it and tolerates it. That certainly takes greatness!

And yes: when it comes to storytelling, Ron really goes all in. Some people can’t connect with that and then consider him a superficial chatterbox, but that doesn’t do him justice. If you find a way to connect with it, you can immediately grasp the messages he conveys authentically and then reflect on them in a very valuable way. And nothing stays in your memory as well as a captivating story used for illustration!

In the end, these two – former partners in private life and still partners in business at ARGO – complement each other brilliantly and cover the full spectrum of points of connection: Ron with his creative openness and Barbara with her empathetic analytical approach!
