“What will happen when we think about what is right with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them?”
Donald O. Clifton asked himself this question – his research found the answer:
People feel more energy and joy in life, have more self-confidence and less stress, are more likely to achieve their goals and build a stronger emotional bond with the company where they can develop and grow better personally.
How does this work?
Strength-based development is an approach in which managers and team members use their talents in a targeted manner to achieve both individual and common goals more effectively. For this, we use the Gallup CliftonStrengths in 3 steps:
1. CliftonStrengths Report:
All participants do their web-based CliftonStrengths assessment. This generates a report that shows where the person’s talents lie.
Duration: Time for online assessment
Investment: €70 per person
2. Strengths coaching:
In a one-hour, personal coaching session, we look together with the participants at how they can exploit the full potential of their talents (“Name it”).
3. Strengths training:
In a two-day seminar, we then deepen the journey in the group. We look at how strengths can be brought into everyday life (“Aim it”), how the strengths work together in a team and – used constructively – how they can contribute to the success of the team (“Claim it”).
Duration: 2 days, maximum 12 participants
Investment: 2 days at the agreed daily rate
